What live customization services do you offer?
We offer live on-site embroidery, a print & patch bar and hot foil personalization. Guests choose their details from the agreed options and watch their keepsakes come to life.

Can you match our event theme or brand colours?
We’ll do our best to bring your theme, message or brand into the details. Custom print artwork can be tailored to your event, while patches are selected from our available collection. For embroidery, we prepare lettering, thread colours and selected small motifs beforehand.
We’ll work with you to review the options and can arrange to mail or drop off a sample before your event, so you can see the details before we finalize the plan.
Please share your Pantone or HEX codes with your inquiry so we can aim for the closest available colour match. Exact matches may vary by material and thread availability.
What items can be personalized at a live event?
Options can include tote bags, pouches, scarves, stockings, napkins, bandanas and T-shirts, depending on the customization method and design.
Hot foil options include selected luggage tags and cardholders. Share your ideas, guest count and timeframe—we’ll recommend suitable products and a practical setup for your gathering.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Capacity depends on your selected products, designs and event duration. Share your guest count, date and location, and we’ll discuss a setup and production plan that fits your gathering.
What happens after I send an event inquiry?
We’ll follow up by email to discuss your event, selected services and venue setup. We’ll confirm the details and equipment requirements with you before the event.
You’ll generally need to provide a table, two chairs and access to an electrical outlet. Wi-Fi may also be needed for certain services, such as live embroidery using handwriting designs. We’ll let you know what your chosen setup requires.
We bring our customization equipment, tablecloth, banner and guest instructions. Our team will arrive before the scheduled service time to set up, then pack down and leave the area tidy after the event.

We are based in Vancouver, BC, with Canada-wide service. Share your event location so we can confirm availability and arrangements.

What personalized products can I order?

How long do personalized products take?
Estimated production time is approximately two weeks after artwork or design approval. If you have a deadline, include it in your inquiry so we can confirm what’s possible.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We’ll contact you by email to confirm your request and share a draft or design details, the final quote and payment instructions. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer.
What are the embroidery text limits?
Yoga mat tote bags and pouches allow one word or initials, up to eight letters. Crossbody tote bags allow up to twelve letters, around three words.
Embroidery is medium-sized. Please enter your exact spelling and capitalization. You can also choose a small star or ribbon beside your text at no extra charge.
